How can I reserve a room? |

Our booking process
is quite simple. First select hotel or hostel, and then select the “w/availability”
option, in order to see only the available hotels. Fill the blanks regarding
the country and city that you wish, the arrival and departure dates and
number of people.
A list of the hotels will appear on the screen. To obtain more information
about any of them, click the name of the hotel, its picture, or the
reservation button.
You may see a full description of the chosen hotel, if you go to the Rooms
and availability tab, you will see the different kind of rooms, with a
schedule that will indicate in green the available days and in red the non-available
days. |

How can I confirm the reservation? |
|
To confirm your
reservation, TopHotelsWorld charges a guarantee deposit to your credit card.
This deposit is included in the announced cost, and it does not provide any
additional cost for the customer.
The reservation is confirmed by e-mail. For that reason, is really important
that the e-mail address provided by the customer be correct. TopHotelsWorld
will not be responsible for the eventual mistakes made by the customer,
which would prevent TopHotelsWorld from providing him the reservation data.
The confirmation e-mail sent by TopHotelsWorld to the customer works as a
reservation certificate and contents all the reservation information, as
well as the complementary data about the selected establishment, (address,
phone number, fax, etc). The customer MUST present this document at his
arrival to the hotel. |

Are there any additional or hidden costs? |
|
No, there aren’t.
The price established for the reservation is the one you will have to pay,
and there are no other reservation, service or expenses costs, not even in
case of cancellation within the hotel’s indicated term.
The sanction that the customer must pay if he does not appear or in case of
cancellation beyond the indicated term, it’s clearly indicated at the moment
of the reservation and in the establishment file. |

How can I cancel a reservation? |
|
In order to cancel
a reservation, you must click on the link below (you will be asked your
e-mail and password), in the booked hotel’s file will appear its
cancellation policy. If the deadline is not respected, the hotel with charge
you with a penalization, this will also happen in case of not showing at the
hotel.

deposit back? |

No, the deposited
amount has no return under any concept. |

What happens if I don’t cancel my reservation
and I don’t appear at the hotel? |

If you don’t cancel
your reservation and don’t appear at the hotel (NO SHOW), your credit card
will be charged with a cost for absence, generally equivalent to the first
night housing cost. This cost will be charged by the hotel, not by Top
Hotels World. |

How can I modify a reservation? |

There are no
possibilities to modify a reservation once it has been sent. The correct
procedure is to cancel that reservation and create a new one. |

|
In order to book
more than 9 rooms, it is necessary to make a specific request. Complete the

The cost, is per room or per person? |
|
For hotels, the
cost is per room, for hostels, the cost is per person. In the summary of the
cost, before confirming your reservation, it will be clearly indicated if

In the search menu,
click on “show advanced options”. You can shorten your search by selecting

No, we don’t charge
commission to make your reservation. Our service is offered for free to our
customers. |

My credit card has been rejected by the system,
which is the motive? |

Make sure you are
not leaving spaces between the numbers, if the system keeps rejecting your
credit card it could be for several reasons:

No, a single room
is intended for only 1 person. In case of being 2 people, you have 2 options,
a Double room (with a double bed), or a Double room twin (with two
individual beds). If you are 3 people, you will have to book a Triple room
and so on. |

Where can I see the contact
information of the hotel? |
|
Once you have made
your reservation, you will receive in your indicated e-mail the voucher of
demurrage, specifying address, phone number and detailed map of the location
of the establishment. |

Where can I see the
information about the services of the hotel? |
|
Once you have
unfolded the hotels regarding one destination, each hotel has a link with
information about it, including services, rooms, languages that the
receptionists speak, cancellation policy, distance between the hotel and the
places of interest in your destiny, photo gallery, etc. |

How much time does
Tophotelsworld take to confirm my reservation? |
|
All reservations
are confirmed instantaneously. The most common reason for which you may not
receive a confirmation e-mail is that you may have typed wrongly your e-mail
address. This is why it is very important to check your e-mail address
before sending us the request. If you don’t receive the confirmation, please,

a hotel? |

The “check-in” (arrival)
and “check out” (departure) hours vary depending the hotel, and are
specified in the hotel information in the system. If your schedule of
arrival is previous to the hour set by the establishment, you must
communicate with the hotel. If they are one or two hours before generally
there is no problem, this will depend on the hotel’s availability, otherwise,
you will have to book the previous day as well. |
